The staff greeted me warmly, making me feel at home. Breakfast offered a variety of options, and the chef prepared fresh omelets on request. I enjoyed the ambiance, especially in the bar, which had a nice atmosphere. But there were some downsides. The WiFi was disappointingly slow, making it tough to get work done. Also, I missed having clearer communication about additional coffee options during breakfast. Despite these hiccups, my stay was quite enjoyable.

Had an amazing time with friends! We easily explored the Royal Albert Dock and enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere of the Cavern Club. The spa facilities were a great bonus. Just a heads up, the spa can get busy, so plan ahead if you want treatments!

Dinner service was slow, and we had to wait too long for our food. Thankfully breakfast made up for it with friendly staff and good options.

Wow, the room was super spacious with a nice separate bath and shower! The exposed brick ceiling added some cool vibes. Dinner at the in-house restaurant was tasty, even with limited options. Only thing was the loud noises from next door made it a bit hard to chill. a really nice getaway!
